At the Growth Company, we understand that leaving school can feel overwhelming. That’s why our courses for 16 to 18-year-olds are designed to give you the support, skills, and confidence you need to take your next step.
Our courses are tailored to suit your goals, strengths, and interests — whether you're aiming for further education, an apprenticeship or your first job.
Each course includes a main qualification in a subject area that interests you, alongside important extras such as:

Maths and English (if you haven’t achieved Grade 4 yet)
- Personal, Social Health and Economic education
