About the Apprenticeship
As an Apprentice Autocare Technician, you’ll gain the technical knowledge, practical hands-on experience, and essential skills needed for a successful career in the motor industry. You’ll work with the latest diagnostic tools and technology, supported every step of the way by our skilled team and a dedicated mentor.
What You’ll Do
• Work alongside our qualified technicians, learning on the job and assisting with vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Service and repair customer vehicles to high standards, ensuring timely completion
• Carry out thorough vehicle inspections identifying defects and additional faults
• Communicate with our customer service team to keep customers updated on progress and any additional work needed
• Develop a strong technical understanding of diagnosing and servicing vehicles
• Provide a friendly, professional, and efficient service
• Support other technicians as needed, especially during busy periods
Successful completion of this apprenticeship will lead to progression within the business to a Level 3 Apprenticeship
