About this opportunity

This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn design, CNC cutting, and sign assembly while working on real projects. Perfect for someone practical, eager to learn, and interested in design or manufacturing.

What You’ll Learn:

• How to operate CNC machinery, including our AXYZ router and laser cutter
• CAD and design basics using Vectric VCarve and AutoCAD
• Fabrication skills using acrylic, metal, vinyl, and wood
• The full process from concept to completed signage installation
• Lean manufacturing practices – we run a “2 Second Lean” continuous improvement system

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
