The key focus of the role is to provide effective, accurate and timely administration support across our resourcing activity supporting both applicants and hiring managers have a positive experience.
Role Responsibilities
• First response to candidate queries
• Support with candidate pipeline application screening
• Organise and at times attend recruitment events on university campuses across the UK
• Send mass emails, assessments, and pre-drafted updates
• Assessment centre and interview scheduling support
• Initiate background screening
• Coordinate and conduct new joiner right to work checks
• Support administration of key pre-joining engagement activity
• Support with the execution of the annual Early Careers induction event
• Place adverts on relevant job boards
• Support the wider Talent Acquisition with administrative tasks
How you will be supported:
Full training and support will be provided by our expert tutors and assessment staff at The Growth Company. You will also be assigned a mentor in the workplace who will pass on their skills and knowledge to you.

GCSE Maths and English A*-C/9-4
Qualifications equivalent to 3 A Levels or higher
Consistent punctuality
