Who should do this course?
Anyone in a management or supervisory position who wishes to develop his or her management skills.
What will I do on this course?
Students will acquire an understanding of consumer behavior, manage operations, manage and lead people, develop people in work, manage resources, manage information, understand laws relating to management, self-manage performance and development, and undertake independent research into management operations within your workplace.
In addition students will be encouraged to take an active approach and develop a range of learning skills. They will study theory and apply within the workplace, developing technical and analytical skills in the context of the workplace.

- Understanding the Principles of Marketing
