Team Leading NVQ Level 2
Who should do this course?
The Team Leading NVQ level 2 (TL2) is suitable for those who may be new to the role of team leader or who are looking to develop their management career. It is equally intended for individuals who have a responsibility for the work of others, for example, shift leader, section leader, team leader, foreman or sister. They do not have to have direct line responsibility for others but they will have a responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of a team.

Team leaders must be responsible for the work output of a team and are required to plan the work of team members, provide feedback to team members, identify, report and reduce risks to safety, work effectively with both those inside and outside their team and organise and lead team briefings.
