Advanced Apprenticeship in Management
Who should do this course?
The Advanced Apprenticeship in Management is designed to provide a progression route for young people wishing to pursue a career within management.
What will I do on this course?
NVQ in Management level 3. Employment Rights & Responsibilities (ERR) is covered through induction and the NVQ. The Management Standards Centre (MSC) provides an ERR workbook for apprentices. A completed and signed page from the ERR workbook is required as evidence for completion certification.
Key Skills:
- Communication level 2
- Application of Number level 2
- As with Team Leading Apprenticeship, exemptions may apply.
Technical Certificate:
ILM Award in First Line Management.
What qualification will I get?
Advanced Apprenticeship in Management.
How long will it take?
Up to 18 months.
Where will I study?
The NVQ element will be assessed in your place of work whereas the Technical Certificate element of the framework is delivered off the job via day release, where learners attend training sessions at Skills Solutions premises.
What opportunities are available once I finish the course?
Foundation Degree.
