What sort of work is involved?

Suitable for those who work in a customer focussed environment either face to face or on the telephone.  Dealing with a diverse range of customer service tasks.

What training is involved?

Training is delivered through on the job training which is delivered through fortnightly work based assessment, using a variety of assessment methods which could include observation, professional discussion and witness testimonies.
