Apprenticeships

An Apprenticeship is a work-based learning programme that allows you to earn while you learn and provides you with a mix of skills, experience and qualifications to help you in your chosen career. They are designed for youngsters who want to develop their skills, but don't necessarily want to go to college full-time.

An Apprenticeship programme offers a structured progression route which will enable you to agree continued development with your employer. In most cases, you would start a Level 2 Apprenticeship which would allow you to progress to a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship if your job role met the requirements.

You will work towards an NVQ which is nationally recognised by employers, and will receive a combination of on-the- job training and attend one of our training providers or a partner college on day release.
