Health & Social Care
The Health & Social Care sector is a rewarding one to work in, and we offer a range of courses, Apprenticeships and training programmes.
Apprenticeships
An Apprenticeship is a work-based learning programme for young people (age 16-24) that allows you to earn while you learn and provides you with a mix of skills, experience and qualifications to help you in your chosen career. They are designed for youngsters who want to develop their skills, but don't necessarily want to go to college full-time.
An Apprenticeship programme offers a structured progression route which will enable you to agree continued development with your employer. In most cases, you would start a Level 2 Apprenticeship which would allow you to progress to a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship if your job role met the requirements.
You will work towards an NVQ which is nationally recognised by employers, and will receive a combination of on-the- job training and attend one of our training providers or a partner college on day release.

Entry to Employment (E2E)
If you are aged 16 - 18 years, you live in England and are not participating in any form of post-16 learning, you can be admitted to e2e if that is an appropriate option which will enable you to progress to an apprenticeship, further learning or a job.
You will be expected to undertake learning in three interdependent core areas: basic and key skills, vocational development, and personal and social development. Read more
